Data breach notification

In the unlikely event of a personal data breach that risks your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and, where required, notify affected individuals without undue delay.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, transfers are safeguarded by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

You may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
