Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
  • With all original tags, labels and packaging attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and face coverings.

UK Returns

Returns from mainland UK are free. Visit the Returns Portal in your account, generate a free Royal Mail label and drop your parcel at your nearest Post Office.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service. Please mark the parcel as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return and will be credited to your original payment method. Banks may take a further 3–5 working days to display the refund on your statement.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact support@skyeqp.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
