Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't quite right, you have 15 working days from the date of delivery to return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
  • With all original tags, labels and packaging attached
  • Returned within 14 working days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, and face coverings.

UK Returns

Returns from mainland UK are free. Visit the Returns Portal in your account, generate a free Royal Mail label and drop your parcel at your nearest Post Office.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving your return and will be credited to your original payment method. Banks may take a further 3–5 working days to display the refund on your statement.

Faulty Items

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact support@skyeqp.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
