  • Account data — username, password, order history, wishlist
  • Transaction data — order details, payment confirmation (we do not store card numbers)
  • Technical data — IP address, device, browser, operating system, time-zone
  • Marketing data — your preferences and consent for marketing communications

How we use your data

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Contract — to fulfil your order, take payment, deliver goods and provide customer service
  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws

We retain order data for 7 years to meet UK accounting requirements. Account data is kept while your account is active. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.
