Contact us with your chosen products and delivery postcode. We will confirm the available service, delivery date and any charges before accepting your order.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free for orders we accept under the existing free-delivery offer. We will confirm any exclusions or optional service charges before you agree to buy. We do not currently offer a selectable online express or click-and-collect service.

Delivery timing

Any delivery estimate will be confirmed with your order. Unless we agree another period, delivery will take place within 30 days of the contract. If an agreed delivery is late or a parcel is missing, contact us so we can put it right. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain available.

International enquiries

We will confirm whether we can deliver to your country, the full delivery charge and any applicable import arrangements before accepting an international order.
