- Standard Delivery — FREE — 3 to 5 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
- Express Delivery — £6.95 — 1 to 2 working days (DPD Next Day)
- Saturday Delivery — £9.95 — order before 1pm Friday
- Click & Collect — FREE — collect from over 1,200 UK partner locations
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.
Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. SKY EQP cannot be held responsible for parcels lost as a result of incorrect address details. If a parcel is returned to us we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional postage may apply.
