2. Website and order enquiries
Browse our catalogue and save items in your basket. Online payment and automatic order submission are currently unavailable. Contact us to confirm the exact product, stock, size, materials, delivery arrangements and final total. Saving a basket or making an enquiry does not place an order or create a purchase contract.
3. Accepting an order
Where we agree to fulfil an order, we will first provide the product specification, total price including applicable taxes and delivery, payment instructions and these terms in a form you can keep. A contract is formed when we expressly accept your order in writing. If we cannot fulfil it, we will tell you and return any payment received.
4. Products, prices and payment
Catalogue prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes. They are reference prices for enquiries; we will confirm the final total before you agree to buy. Images are illustrative and may be shared across related products. Check the exact specification with us before ordering. We will correct an obvious price or description error and seek your agreement before accepting an affected order. If you do not agree, you may cancel and receive any payment back.
Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords by telephone message or email. Available payment methods will be confirmed before an order is accepted; this website currently does not collect payment.
5. Delivery
We will confirm the delivery address, method, charges and timing before accepting your order. Unless we agree a different period, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract. Goods remain at our risk until received by you or a person you identify, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Your statutory remedies for late delivery remain available.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains your 14-day cancellation right, our additional 30-day return offer and your rights for faulty goods. These rights also apply to discounted goods.
7. Our responsibility
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Events outside our control
If an event outside our reasonable control delays an order, we will tell you and take reasonable steps to reduce the delay. This does not remove your cancellation, refund or other statutory rights.
9. Website content
Website content belongs to SKY EQP LTD or its licensors. You may use the website for personal shopping and keep a copy of information relating to your order. Other use may require the rights holder’s permission. Nothing here prevents uses permitted by law.
10. Complaints and governing law
Contact us using the details above if something goes wrong. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts and retain the mandatory protections that apply where they live. Nothing in these terms removes your consumer rights.
