These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of skyeqp.co.uk (the "Site") and any purchase you make from SKY EQP LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales ("SKY EQP", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this Site.

3. Orders & contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, payment authorisation failure, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once full payment has been received.

6. Returns & refunds

See our Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos and designs — is the property of SKY EQP LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trade-mark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, fire, flood, strikes, civil unrest, pandemic, or carrier failure.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where you reside in another part of the UK in which case the courts of that jurisdiction will apply.
